Beauty products, bath products, chocolates, fruit baskets, flowers. Small trinkets such as souvenirs like writing paper, mouse pads, keychains, ear plugs :} slippers, towels.

A free pass to a local attraction such as a zoo or botanical garden. These types of places are fun and relatively inexpensive.

A “coupon” for a discount for a stay at a future date when the hotel renovation will be complete. Complete with an “please excuse us, you haven’t caught us at our best” kind of note.

As there will be plenty of noise pollution and disturbance, it is best to have your guests taking this opportunity to explore S’pore, which means let them have activities out of the hotel.
I would say, discounts at places of interest, or complimentary tickets would be great! This will definitely make the hotel guests avoiding the renovation works and have fun outside at the same time!

Complimentary 1 night stay for 3 nights or more?
If they’re spending much time in the hotel room, free access to WIFI / free rental of DVDs would be nice gifts for your guests.
